Losing sleep? đŸ’€đŸ˜«

I didn't sleep well for years because I was constantly worried about something related to my business.


Instead of, you know, fixing this, I dug a hole and jumped right in. I thought that's what I was supposed to do. Like if I'm not stressed out in some way I'm probably not working hard enough or caring enough, right?


BUT messing your whole self up is beyond all of that... For me worry and lack of sleep affected everything... motivation to train, nutrition habits, decision making skills, happiness, everything. It had become a daily part of my life. 😐


But, I finally figured it out.


Instead of being so reactive or just worrying constantly, I decided to get ahead of it.


I made a list of my worries AND also the solutions...

  • If this happens, I will do this.

  • And here's what I need to do NOW to be prepared for that.

Because honestly, things are gonna happen. Worrying about it isn't helpful, but being prepared actually is.


When I think about how I achieved some peace in my business and life, just having solutions at the ready made a huge difference. Also, I can't help but feel that it all comes back to trusting myself and my decisions. To knowing exactly who I am, where I want to go and how I will get there.


And to make sure I know what's important. (I found a lot of those things keeping me up at night were NOT important after all.)


It's this kinda stuff you won't find in most courses, but it's the life stuff you need to know how to deal with.
