Mexican Chicken


We love this recipe at my house. It’s an easy crockpot dish that is very versatile.

You can use this recipe for tacos, burrito bowls, add the chicken to a salad or eat it on its own. It’s delicious!


2 pounds chicken breasts 1 cup salsa 1/2 cup water 2 teaspoons cumin 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Put all ingredients in a crockpot, set it on high for 4 to 5 hours . Shred the chicken with a couple forks and you are done.
