Here’s a super easy overnight oats recipe that I like. I eat this cold but you can warm it up for about 30 seconds if you’d rather have it warm.
This makes one serving.
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I used flax milk but you can use what you prefer) 1 Tablespoon maple syrup 2 Tablespoons peanut butter (any nut butter works) 3/4 Tablespoon of chia seeds 1/2 cup rolled oats Lots of fresh berries to mix in In a lidded container, stir non-dairy milk, maple syrup, peanut butter (this won’t totally mix in and that’s ok!), and chia seeds. Add oats and stir to combine. Put the lid on and let sit overnight or at least 6 hours. Top with berries or any other yummies you have on hand (nuts, seeds, other fruit).
