Plan it out!

I usually spend a few minutes on Sunday to take a look at what I have going on in the upcoming week. I double check my coaching schedule, any appointments I might have, and that I've scheduled my workouts.

Contrary to what you might think, working as a coach in a gym does NOT make it magically easy to workout all the time. If I have my workouts on my calendar, I find it far easier to stick to my plan. If you are a member of Dragonfly, you may have heard me suggest you do the same! It totally helps keep me accountable on days when I'm not 100% feeling it or have 14 other things I could be doing instead.
