Ramen Noodles

Ramen noodles. They’re full of sodium and other not great things. But, if you’re like me and need a quick lunch on the day(s) you don’t have food prepped, I have a relatively fast solution.


I stock it full of veggies, a protein if I have it (not likely these days because I have a lot of mouths to feed and budgets are tight: but today I had tofu! Victory!) some extra spices and half a seasoning packet to limit the sodium. It’s quick, filling, warm, and it brings me lunch joy. And they’re very cheap which is friendly in this crazy economy we are living in.
