This is a simple and delicious recipe! Follow the recipe to make your own seasoning…so good!
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 – 3/4 of Mexican Seasoning Recipe (see below)
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, cut into squares
1/4 red onion, diced
2 organic Roma tomatoes, diced
Directions: Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook turkey while stirring and breaking up the meat, until browned. Sprinkle the meat with Mexican seasoning and cook. Place cilantro, avocado, cooked turkey, onions, tomatoes and Bibb lettuce on platter. Serve hot and enjoy.
