Sweet Cashew Cream



This is a great sweet treat and easy to make! Chill and serve with fruit.



  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup


Directions: Soak raw cashews for 2 hours. Drain and rinse. Combine cashews, water and almond milk in high speed blender until thick and creamy. Add vanilla and maple syrup. (If you want to cut back on the maple syrup it still tastes great!)
