Not feeling motivated?



This might hit a little harsh. The thought certainly crashes down on me sometimes and brings me to absolute tears.

Not feeling motivated to do the thing? Keep putting things off?

Well...what if you didn't have the choice? What if it wasn't even an option?

To work. To eat a little better. To try the new thing. To workout and move your body.

Just a little perspective. Many don't have a choice.

The past few years have been a little "off" for me and while I give myself grace, this is also something I try to remember every day.
